Establishment of the Low Carbon Life and Nutrition Professional Committee of Gansu Nutrition Society
On the morning of April 6, 2024, the unveiling ceremony of the Low Carbon Life and Nutrition Professional Committee of Gansu Nutrition Society was successfully held at the High tech Zone Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic of Gansu High tech Development Traditional Chinese Medicine Research Co., Ltd. and Lanzhou Shangfang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Wang Yu, Chairman of Gansu Nutrition Society, Wang Zhifan, Vice Chairman of Gansu Nutrition Society, Ma Weiping, Chairman of Low Carbon Life and Nutrition Professional Committee and International Low Carbon Volunteer, and Liu Jingge, President of Gansu High tech Development Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, delivered speeches at the unveiling ceremony.
Actively implementing national strategies and provincial deployments, taking the lead in raising the banner of low-carbon living, the International Low Carbon Volunteer Association has mobilized all forces, advocating for kitchen and dining table revolutions, and advocating for reducing carbon emissions from people's livelihoods. The establishment of the Low Carbon Life and Nutrition Professional Committee of the Gansu Nutrition Society signifies the active promotion of the low-carbon life industry, the dissemination of healthy and nutritious cooking methods, the creation of a green, low-carbon, and healthy dining table culture, and the strategy of making every family a comprehensive low-carbon green space, which is gradually expanding in a systematic and standardized manner.

2024 年4 月6 日上午，甘肃省营养学会低碳生活与营养专业委员会的揭牌仪式在甘肃高新发展中医药研究有限公司及兰州尚方医药有限公司高新区中医诊所顺利进行。甘肃省营养学会理事长王玉，甘肃省营养学会副理事长王志凡，低碳生活与营养专业委员会主任委员、国际低碳志愿者马渭萍，甘肃高新发展中医药研究院院长刘敬阁为揭牌仪式致辞。
积极践行国家战略和省上部署，率先举起低碳生活的旗帜，国际低碳志愿者协会凝聚各方力量，倡导厨房革命与餐桌革命，主张减少民生碳排放。甘肃省营养学会低碳生活与营养专业委员会的成立，预示着将积极开展低碳生活产业宣传，传播健康营养的烹饪方式，打造绿色、低碳、健康的餐桌文化，让每一个家庭成为全方位低碳化的绿色空间的战略，正在系统化、规范化地逐步拓展开来。
